FAQ

How does Sand Away work?

Fill the tray with a little water, step in and move your foot back and forth. The dense brushes remove the sand and the water rinses it off.

Do I need a hose?

No. A small amount of water in the tray is enough for several uses. Just empty and refill when needed.

Where can I use it?

Chalet and villa entrances, pools, gardens, gyms, camping — anywhere sand or dirt gets tracked inside.

Is it durable?

Yes. It's heavy-duty plastic built for salt, sun and daily use, and the brushes hold their shape.

How much is delivery?

120 EGP anywhere in Egypt, delivered in 3–5 business days.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery or InstaPay.

Can I return it?

Unused items can be returned within 14 days. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
